Shipping policy

PREORDER POLICY

Preorders are orders for products that have not released yet. Usually will have *RELEASE DATE: xx/yy/zzzz* at the end of the product title. What this means is that the product is not yet in the store, and you are reserving that product that will be shipped a whenever JG Collectors Vault LLC gets that product. 

If you would place any Non-Preorder product in the same order as a Preorder product, NONE of those products will be shipped until the Preorder product comes in. On that note, if you place an order with multiple Preorder product, then that order will not be shipped until the last Preorder product comes in. 

You may cancel your PREORDER at any time, but you are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We package everything very carefully, however:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP
Please hold on to the box it was packed in, and we will exchange the damaged items

Shipping Processing Time

ORDERS RECEIVED	ORDERS PROCESSED & SHIPPED
Monday through Friday	Within 3 days
Saturday and Sunday	Within 4 days
Over a Holiday	Within 5 days

Shipping Rates

We want to assure you that we are not interested in making a profit on shipping and handling charges. We simply charge what the shipment company has quoted us. Costs vary depending on the weight and size of the product, as well as the delivery location.

US MILITARY ORDERS
JG Collectors Vault LLC supports all of our Military overseas. We can ship to APO / FPO addresses. Overseas shipping charges can be very expensive if you are buying big and bulky items. We cannot offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, but please let us know you are currently serving, and we will make every effort to reduce your shipping charges on orders over $100.
