Shipping

Free standard U.S. shipping on every order — no code needed, no minimum purchase. Orders placed before 2 PM CT Monday–Friday are packed same day; all others ship the next business day.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How We Pack

Collectibles deserve collectible-grade packaging. Pokémon cards ship sleeved and padded. Funko Pops go out in protectors inside double-boxed mailers with corrugated inserts. Vinyl records are corner-guarded and stiffened so they arrive flat and mint.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to initiate a return — we'll provide a return shipping label.

Sealed products that have been opened (card packs, shrink-wrapped vinyl, blind-box figures) cannot be returned, as we cannot guarantee authenticity once the seal is broken.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — no runaround. We double-box for a reason, but transit happens, and we stand behind our shipments.
